Dear short people of my flist (and beyond): Where do you buy your jeans? (And when I say short, I mean short - If you're taller than 5'3, I don't mean you.) Where do you get pants that honestly fit you: petite sizes, short inseams, etc? A specific store? Online somewhere? Perhaps for not ridiculous prices? I know about Delia's, but since leaving the east coast, it's harder for me to attain their clothes. (And shipping, Jesus Christ.) And I'm sure as hell not going to look on eBay.
Thanks in advance. ♥

Date: 2012-01-30 05:16 pm (UTC)Problem is, the Gap is kind of pricey (those jeans cost $70 normally), so you have to kind of wait for sales. AND WHEN SALES COME, THEY USUALLY DON'T HAVE YOUR SIZE. Like, right now they have those jeans for $30, which would be really awesome, but they don't have my size. Or anything close to it, haha.
This post reminds me that I need to buy a new pair of jeans, too. Since I tore my aforementioned pair, I've been wearing dressy pants everywhere because that's all I have left.

Date: 2012-01-31 04:06 am (UTC)I'll definitely look out for sale stuff, but I know what you mean! The good sizes are always gone by sale time. @_@
Lol, good luck on your quest to find new jeans as well! If you find anything particularly magical, let me know. :)

Date: 2012-01-31 04:17 am (UTC)LMAO, I really have no time to go shopping anytime soon, so I'll be wearing my dressier pants casually now, as I've been for the past week. I really dread buying new pants/clothes. My problem seems to be that I shop mostly in sales, and THERE ARE NEVER GOOD CLOTHING IN MY SIZE. Last time I went to Lord&Taylor, their sales rack had maybe six items for size 2, a dozen or so for 4-6, AND THEN A WHOLE FUCKING RACK FOR 8-10. MAN, I WAS PISSED.

Date: 2012-02-03 04:23 am (UTC)Ugh, tell me about it! It's like they always sell out the size you are when sales happen! Why does it work like that?! I went to Ann Taylor last week, and they were having a pretty big sale (like, 60% off already marked down, etc.), but of course nothing was in my size! I could scream.
