It's The Year 2020 and We're Back

plasmoidsAccording to the private entries I imported from LJ, I haven't properly used a blogging site since mid-2014, and I'm not surprised. My LJ is gone, but this relic remains AND DreamWidth probably won't delete my fannish stuff, so perhaps I'll hang out here for a bit. Especially considering Tumblr is a ghost town (and has been for a while), Twitter is a mess, Pillowfort never took off, and Fanexus' is still a twinkle in someone's eye, it almost seems safe and right to hangout on journaling sites again.
It also occurs to me I haven't even properly archived my Yuletide posts here for the last few years. I'll fix that. Maybe. At least I don't have a to worry about last year, since I didn't participate due to brother-related madness, which is a locked entry for another time.
Good luck to everyone with this whole pandemic thing. Also, it's my birthday tomorrow, which is neat. And for my birthday wish, I hope anyone who tries to go out and drink tomorrow falls in a hole.
