disk drives aren't even that big of an issue, because unless you burn a lot of discs or watch your movies on your laptop, it doesn't really get put to use. plus if you know how, you can find hacks for your games so you don't need to use a disc to play. i can't imagine an 11" though! mine is a 15 and it took forever to get used to how small it is in comparison to my old monitor.
