I have this eternal soft spot for all the Robins. I don't make it a secret that Tim Drake is my favorite Robin... despite him being kind of douche, lmfao. And Jason. Jason holds a special place in my heart, though I'm not really sure where. Like I said, I love all the Robins, and I really feel for Jason, him being the one had it the worst. One of the few things I like about the DCnU is that Jason is more of anti-hero than a bad guy. Like, he has an actual relationship with Bruce and the other Robins than he did in the original universe, and I like that. I wanted him to have that family connection, you know? It was just so sad that he couldn't return to their inner-circle, despite the fact that he was alive again, due to his actions and Bruce being, well, Bruce. I wanted him to have them as a family, and I'm glad he got it.

Jason is the Robin that just breaks my heart. While Dick makes me happy and goofy, Tim makes my nerd heart swoon and Damien makes me want to hug and hit him at the same time, Jason just hurts my heart. I don't want to even go into my FEELINGS about the animated Under the Red Hood. I haven't been able to watch it since the first time I saw it, despite owning it. Ugh. Just. Yeah.

Y E S! these feelings are pretty much.........my feelings concerning jason. i never really bought his fall from grace as this bad guy or whatever they where trying to make him into; it just really was a pile of shit to me, because he was this character that i had a particular fondness for because of his relationship with bruce (i stand by that, though i think bruce has a different relationship with each robin, his relationship with jason was the healthiest, i guess to me, because i felt he enjoyed being a duo with him as his robin). SO MANY FEELINGS FOR THIS FICTIONAL CHARACTER.

i just love him so much, ;___; like i love all the various robins for various reasons (even tim, whose recent characterization i dislike only because of the gross pandering it feels DC goes for his character).

so many feelings, perhaps too many feelings (there is no such thing).

And I was pleasantly surprised. DC, if nothing else, puts out consistently good animated shows, and Young Justice is one of their best. The characters are flawless, the chemistry is great, the story lines are solid and the little cameos and in-jokes make my heart flutter. They did an excellent job tying all the generations together, and I'm honestly sorry I doubted them.
